Public Activties
We are committed in promoting DaYan Qigong to the HK people in the past 28 years. Our prime objective is to benefit people’s health with this precious and effective ancient health vitalizing exercise. We are always prepared to help or work with any interested parties or individuals to conduct qigong class or talk. We can be contacted via contact@dayanqigong.hk
1）Media Coverage
Between 2002-2005, we worked with Sing Pao news paper to introduce “Dayan patting gong”, “Front and rear 64” exercises on weekly bases.
2）Television
We had worked with TVB in number of their programs to introduce “Dayan patting gong” and “Front 64” exercises in years 2003, 2005, 2012 and 2013.
3）International Event
We participated the 5th International Conference on Social Work in Health and Mental Health held at Hong Kong Convention Centre in 2006. In the 5-days conference, we conducted Dayan Qigong workshops for interested dedicates in three consecutive mornings. More than 30 dedicates from various countries had participated the workshop. Most of them were well impressed by the Chinese Qigong philosophy and gave high evaluation on the Dayan Qigong.
4）Social Services
A．Elderly Services
- Dayan Patting Gong is a simple and small set of exercise in the Dayan Qigong system. It is particular good to relieve joints pains and organs functional impairment, such as Diabetes etc. We, therefore, promote the exercise actively to the Elderly centre of various NGOs. In order to widen the service coverage, we launched a “train the trainer” program. Under the scheme, the NGO can run the Patting Gong classes by their own volunteer elderly with the help of our periodic visit. So far, four NGOs are participating the scheme. Interested elderlies can receive training service in the following NGOs.

D．Patient Group Training
- Dayan Qigong is well-known in illness healing. It has been entrusted by some medical and nursing professions. In recent years, apart from individual partitioners, we had conducted Qigong training classes for staff of Castle Peak Hospital, Alice Ho Miu Ling Nethersole Hospital, Kwong Wah Hospital. We also participated in the Qigong training for Diabetic Patients program of Alice Ho Miu Ling Nethersole Hospital.

Apart from the aforesaid regular classes, We run qigong classes or free talks for individuals or organizations upon request. Our standard instructor charge for qigong class of up to 10 students is $600. Being a Charity body, we are prepared to reduce, or even to wave the charges for appropriate NGO or patient organization.
